It would appear that I have reached 5000 pageviews. After 4 years on here and me not adding stuff. I'm not too bothered about pageveiws tbh, in fact it annoys me a little that the DA shop there's a T shirt with "pageveiw whore" on it
you're not going to fix a problem if you're proud of it. Supply and demand i suppose.
I would just like to say hello to the 5002 people who have viewed my page. I'd like to say Thank you to the 4,174 people who actually bothered to look at my gallery(To the 826 people who didn't give my gallery a gander, I'm sorry you didn't give it a chance but will you please fuck off with your llamas. I don't want them. I do not appreciate being used to accumulate more. They're pointless and I pity you.) and further gratitude to the 232 comments, I appreciated them all (sorry to others that they didn't float your boat). I am eternally grateful to the 95 people who favourited my things but might not be reading this and to the 28 people who watch me and are much more likely to do so in the future.
You 28 are my favourite (even the dead and banned accounts)
To those who are still coming in I welcome you also, please take off your coat and have a drink.
I was going to celebrate with a picture but I didn't realize soon enough and ran out of time ... but next time.
Stuff going on in my life
I've been to the cinema within a couple of weeks of each other. I may be developing a habit (or money sinkhole)
Inception: It's not that mind bendingly difficult to follow the plot as some people say although it does raise questions afterwards but nothing that weakens the plot in any way. Satisfying film even the bit at the end which seemed to annoy some of my friends. My only critique would be the dreams were a bit plain, while folding a city is original it's not something I've dreamed about ... Then again checking windows with a super sonic penguin isn't grounds for an action movie. People who want to see it should.
Toy Story 3: As good as the other 2 although it felt a little out of place due to the time gap. Great villain, he was like a mob boss that got increasingly dark as the film progressed, I loved him. I did come out feeling that Pixar never really give their villians their due but then i remembered what happened in the incredibles. I didn't cry, I shed a single tear, I'm just sensitive like that
The A team: In the words of one of my fellow movie goers "A silly film taken seriously". I didn't watch the original but apparently it's very faithful. I can't really talk about it without giving away parts of the movies but they were brilliantly creative plans. Did someone say sequel much at the end tho?
Watched "There will be Blood" on the TV
It's real gritty but sort of hinges on the main character too much. Not a problem with such an asshole as he is but it was described as the "Fire and Brimstone Preacher" being his nemesis but I didn't think so. Daniel Day Louis is brilliant, his voice, his persona, his moustache. The final scene was the one I was familiar with and sums up everything about Daniel Plaintive beautifully.
I also watched Monsters inc. which I had forgotten how much i enjoyed. Not sure how they're going to do a sequel. I thought it was pretty conclusive
next time I won't talk about films so much.
Well those are films, I'm going on holiday next week to some sort of music fair in Dorset.
Tl:dr STUFF HAPPENED
P.S I drink your milkshake *SLURP* I DRINK IT UP
